AUDIT TOOL

The Audit Tool for Cellular Therapy contains interactive and printable checklists that may be used for ensuring compliance with the ISBT 128 Standard.

DEVICE IDENTIFIER CHECKER
​

The Device Identifier Checker allows you to parse the various elements of the ISBT 128 Device Identifier portion of a UDI (Unique Device Identifier) for medical devices.

FACILITY IDENTIFICATION LOOKUP

The Facility Identification Lookup program allows you to search for registered facilities.

GRID CHECKSUM CALCULATOR
​

The GRID Checksum Calculator can be used to calculate the checksum based on the Issuing Organization Number (ION) and Registration Donor Identifier (RDI) entries for HPC donors or potential donors.

ISBT 128 PRODUCT LOOKUP
​

The ISBT 128 Product Lookup Program allows you to search products across all Categories of Medical Products of Human Origin (MPHO). To use the program, users must be logged in.

LICENSED VENDOR LOOKUP​

 

The Licensed Vendor Lookup Tool allows you to find licensed and approved ISBT 128 vendors. 

MULTIPLE DEVICE IDENTIFIER CHECKER

The Multiple Device Identifier Checker allows you to check the validity of a list of ISBT 128 Device Identifiers of medical devices that are regulated as an HCT/P.

QUICK-K CALCULATOR

The Quick-K Calculator is a tool used to determine the mod 37,2 check character required for keyboard entry of some ISBT 128 data structures.

SEC BUILDER TOOL
​

The Single European Code (SEC) Builder Tool allows you to create the SEC for an ISBT 128 cell or tissue product under the European Directive.

UNIQUE DEVICE IDENTIFIER GENERATOR
​

The Unique Device Identifier (UDI) Generator allows you to create the UDI for HCT/P products regulated as a medical device.
